No, you will be provided with a Yoga mat – but you’re welcome to bring your own :)

Bring a water bottle. Some people also like to have a small towel or yoga block. A yoga mat will be provided at the class.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely — like leggings or shorts with a fitted top. Bare feet are usually best for balance and grip.

Try not to eat a large meal right before class. A light snack (like a banana or smoothie) about 1–2 hours before is fine. Practicing on a full stomach can be uncomfortable during certain poses.
